WILLOW CROSSLEY Q&A
What are your favourite pieces from the new AW21 collection?
I love the navy cardigan with the yellow elbows. You had a jumper like this years ago which I have literally loved to death. I was so excited to discover it’s back again - and there’s a jumper too - That’s basically my winter wardrobe sorted! You’ve also got an over sized dark green cashmere jumper which I know I’ll live in. It’s a great shape and a fab alternative colour to navy which I am worryingly addicted to!
Has floristry affected your style and your home?
Our house is always over run with plants and flowers - dried, fresh, potted anything I can get my hands on, there’s always a lot of left overs from jobs or something that im experimenting with. I find a house feels unloved without some sort of natural treasure.
How does Autumn make you feel? Best memories?
Autumn is definitely about getting cosy. I love nothing more than hunkering down with a fire, red wine and a box set with Charlie. Long crispy, sunny walks and long pub lunches. One of my favourite memories was going to London with my brothers and parents when we were small and buying roasted chestnuts on the street. I must have been about 10 and thought I’d died and gone to heaven. That delicious, hot, smoky scent, the crinkly paper bag and being out way past my bedtime. I’ve never forgotten it.
