For Resort ‘20, Chinti & Parker looked to the work of German-born American textile artist and printmaker, Anni Albers. Inspired by the Bauhaus alumni’s pioneering approach to weaving – in 1969, she was the first textile designer to have a solo exhibition at MOMA – the collection takes a graphic view of print and pattern.
Chinti goes to LA
To celebrate the launch of the Resort '20 collection, we jetted to Los Angeles to meet with our stateside friends at the AllBright in West Hollywood. Co-hosted by Kat Collings, Editor in Chief of Who What Wear, we enjoyed a dreamy afternoon tea of finger sandwiches and macarons followed by flower arranging from the Petal Workshop and personalised knitwear embroidery.
